Purchasing an e-book

You can purchase an e-book the same way you would purchase any other product on isibooks.org. Just add it to your cart, click "Proceed to checkout," and follow the checkout instructions.

Downloading a purchased e-book

Once you've completed your purchase, you'll have two ways to download your e-book(s):

  1. Via the "download" link(s) in your order confirmation email
  2. Via the link(s) in your "My Downloadable Products" area
The first option needs no further explanation. If your order confirmation email doesn't arrive, please contact us.

Finding "My Downloadable Products"

The "My Downloadable Products" area is accessible through your ISI Books customer account. To access your account, click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of any page on isibooks.org.

If you've purchased a downloadable product, such as an e-book, you'll see a link to "My Downloadable Products" at the bottom of your account menu.

Within the My Downloadable Products area, you'll see all the e-books you've purchased from isibooks.org. You can download an e-book file by clicking on the download link immediately to the right of the e-book title. Be sure to choose a format that will work with your e-reader.
